How do I place an order?

Can I add on to an order?
You can add to an existing order prior to its shipment. Please send us an email, firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, and product description and quantity you want to add. We will send you a email reply to either confirm or reject your order add-on due to the original order had already shipped.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from receipt. You will be notified of out of stock orders via email to determine the best shipping date.
What are your hours of operation?
Our customer service is available between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday - Friday for order processing and to answer your questions.
Terms of service
Fabric Draper.com accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Your billing address must match the billing address on your credit card statement to avoid any delays in your order. Sales tax will be applied to orders from customers with Ohio addresses unless those customers are tax exempt. For tax exempt customers please provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate.
Returns of hardware and fabric will be accepted pursuant to our return policy as follows:
Upon receipt of your order you have 72 hours to notify Fabric Draper.com of your intent to return or exchange the item by emailing customer service (email@example.com) or contacting customer service by phone 888-241-6575. To insure prompt and efficient handling please indicate your order number, product you wish to return, reason for the return. We will not accept returns of fabric if the packaging has been opened. You will be provided with a return authorization number. Once a RAN has been issued you have 72 hours to ship your order back to us. All returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees related to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders will be shipped 24 to 48 hours from the receipt of the customer order. Shipments are made on weekdays only. Transit and delivery time does not include weekends. Please refer to the UPS map below to determine approximate transit time to your location. All shipments are sent Ground Fed Ex and UPS unless otherwise requested. Upon your request we will provide you with a quote for expedited shipping.
